Speaking of Monsters…
“Little Monster’s Bedtime Book” is a delightful children’s book of poems about not-so-scary monsters. Little Monster wants a bedtime story, so Pop tells him poems about other monsters like The Kerploppus, The Grithix, The Yalapappus and The Typhoonigator. Each page is a short, four-line poem about a different monster. The illustrations show the monsters in their own worlds and Little Monster in his pajamas as if he is walking through and hearing the stories. My favorite is the poem about The Useless:
“At last you’re ready to be on your way
But the silly Useless wants you to stay.
He throws up his hands and lets out a moa.
Don’t you wish the Useless would leave you alone?”
Parents will enjoy the poems as they read to children, and children will enjoy the funny names and imaginative illustrations.

Some people pretend to despise the things they cannot have.So belive yourself.
